Blocverse DAO announces acquisition of Swagga Studio to form phygital fashion metaverse

Blocverse DAO announced the acquisition of IP creator Swagga Studio to create the phygital fashion metaverse, SWAGGA.

Blocverse DAO is the operator of BLOCWARS, a fashion themed play-to-earn project that provides NFT products and derivational features. It is a decentralized autonomous organization that focuses on blockchain technology and services.

With BLOCWARS and Swagga Studio joining forces, their respective businesses and resources will be integrated and upgraded as SWAGGA.

SWAGGA is a phygital metaverse that combines the elements of fashion, amusement, social network and e-commerce, while bridging the gap between Web2 and Web3 for a wider audience globally.

A Japan-based company, SWAGGA Innovation Inc., will be established as a service provider to further develop SWAGGA's metaverse ecosystem. It will facilitate collaborations between SWAGGA and global IPs, fashion brands and artists from various fields.
